On Saturday March 27th, I will be walking in the 2nd Annual Body Sculpt Three Mile Walk-A-Thon launching in Prospect Park to fight childhood obesity.

As a supporter of Body Sculpt and a participant in the walk, I have pledged to help raise money to support the Children’s Sports & Fitness Expo, a free event going in its 7th year enabling thousands of school aged children and their parents to gain exposure to activities, programs and services that will help them to become more physically fit, thereby reducing the risk of obesity in their lives.

As active members in our community, the responsibility and duty rests upon us to educate our children and empower the parents with knowledge to make the right choices when it comes to health and nutrition. Please help support us. Donate and empower someone!
